Multi Room Audio

The A-BUS Multi Room Audio System is a high quality audio distribution system. The system consists of a hub and active speakers or a hub, keypads and passive speakers. The amplification is built into the active speakers or the keypad. Low cost Cat5e is used as the cabling to connect the system together.

High Quality Audio The A-BUS Multi Room Audio system employs audio- phile quality amplification built into the active speakers or the keypad. Additionally, because the system uses Cat5e twisted pair cable the audio signal sent to the amplifier is very clean and free from noise. The resulting sound quality is second to none.

Cost Effective Because low cost Cat5e cables are used for the audio distribution, a whole house system is very cost effective.
Using this cable it is possible to run the Cat5e cable to each room where you may want audio at some point in the future when the house is being built or refurbished and not worry about the cost of the cable. Music can then be enabled by simply installing the system when budget allows.

Adaptable Since we have both single source and multi source
hubs, the system is very flexible. You can start off with a single source hub and upgrade to multi source later by simply swapping the hubs - no extra cabling required. If you want lots of rooms no problem. A-BUS is very scalable so you can have as many rooms as you want. Accessories such as the local source input module allow you to tailor the system to meet your needs.

Easy to Use It could not be simpler to use. Simply turn on the speakers in the room you are in using the simple remote and
immediately enjoy your music. If you have multi source you can select from any of the four inputs at the tap of a
key on the remote control

Elegant With A-BUS Multi Room Audio, you can build the system into your house. No wires or boxes on show. This provides a really elegant solution for any new build or refurbishment

Control The system can be controlled by pointing the remote control at the active speakers or the amplified keypads. However, it does not stop there. By pointing the remote control for the source equipment at the speaker or keypad you can also control the source equipment due to the IR pass through facility. The multi source system has routed infra red ensuring the signal is sent to the right source equipment.
