Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click Purchase on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. if you a new user to the site you will be asked to register your details and choose a user name. You wil then be taken to the checkout to confirm your order and click checkout . You will be taken to the Secure PayPal Site to handle the payment. You can pay by credit/debit cards or PayPal
Televisions are not available on-line as we insist in delivering , installing and setting up the tv personally. You can Email or phone you order to me with your contact details along with the item you require. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient time of delivery with you and the payment will be taken at time of delivery.

Shipping and Handling
All items show delivery costs, which will be added to your oder at the checkout.
Televisions will be delivered only within our specified area by ourselves

Delivery Schedule
We will process your order right away. Your item will normally be dispatched 3 working days after we receive your order. If the item ordered is not in stock, a full refund will be offered, or the item can be put on back order. You will always be informed by email.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, and you choose to back order the item. You will always be informed with an estimated delivery time with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5%

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with one full years manufacturers warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You have the right to cancel and return your order for credit or refund within seven days from the date of delivery if you are not totally satisfied. In this situation you will be responsible for the full cost and safe return of the goods to us, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Products received back damaged, incomplete or used will be returned to you and the cost of redelivery will be charged to you.
