Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click Purchase on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, go to Checkout and confirm your order. Click on "Purchase" and you will be taken to a Secure server where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, cheque or bank transfer. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Televisions are ordered in a similar way , we will receive an email with your contact details along with the item you require. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient time of delivery with you and the payment will be taken at time of delivery.

Shipping and Handling
All prices include delivery within mainland UK. Monday-Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. Any requests for more specific times can be facilitated, but this item will incur an extra charge.
Televisions will be delivered only within our specified area by ourselves

Delivery Schedule
We will process your order right away. Your item will normally be dispatched 3 working days after we receive your order. If the item ordered is not in stock, a full refund will be offered, or the item can be put on back order. You will always be informed by email.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, and you choose to back order the item. You will always be informed with an estimated delivery time with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5%

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with one full years manufacturers warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You have the right to cancel and return your order for credit or refund within seven days from the date of delivery if you are not totally satisfied. In this situation you will be responsible for the full cost and safe return of the goods to us, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Products received back damaged, incomplete or used will be returned to you and the cost of redelivery will be charged to you.
